Lighting CFL or LeD?

Doing a grow box and I have the option of either a 200watt CFL or a 360 watt Flip Led. I have experience with leds I know them well. However the 200watt CFL with reflector hood is wayyyyyy cheaper. The ? I have is when going with CFL over LeD do the plants suffer? Do the yields suffer? Some info on CFL would be much appreciated.

Use LED, man. CFL re cheap and great, but they has not much of light punch, you must keep em close to plants. Temps will be similar, by power usage. Buds will be richer and more oily under LEDs.

Last grow was with a Mars 700 and the one before that was blackstar 240, but those were both tent grows not a box. I definitely know what you mean by more resin,thicknees and overall better smell with Leds. The Flip 360 is the last one I am getting, gonna have to wait a couple more days but it will be worth it.
