I can not take credit for this as it wasn't my idea, my x bf actually made this. However, it works great for my 5sqft tent and it's a cheap setup for an exhaust for those of you who might want to get a little bit of air exchange in your tent. It's a small ac infinity axial fan that was mounted to a plastic plate. The plate sits over the hole in the top of the tent. You can control how much air its pulling through by simply opening or tightening up the drawstring flaps over your hole inside the tent. @briefbriefs thought it was an "ingenious solution" so I just wanted to post it here hoping it could help someone.
