Mephisto Genetics Chemdogging x Ripleys Og Auto Regs

Welp.. My last journal on this strain was strictly to make more seeds because I was down to my last few. This time around I'm just growing out a couple of them out for the heck of it. I got the seeds from Daz at F1, and these seedlings are F3's, which is where I've taken the line so far. If one of them is male, I may play with it.. Can never have to much pollen right, lol.

I think these seedlings are around 2 weeks old right now. They are in small net pots until they show sex or out grow them. Once they sex, if I get a female, I'll transplant the net pot into a 3 gal pot and grow her out. I actually have three seedlings going right now, but the 3rd one has twisted leaves. Im waiting to see if it grows out of that. If so, I'll keep it around. I'll probably keep it around until it shows sex just to increase the odds of getting a female to grow out.

This strain is crazy strong. Has a perfect Christmas tree structure.. Well covered in frost, and reeks like gym socks and menthol. I may reverse it one day and make fems.. One day... Anywhooo.

Chemdogging is what brought me to Mephisto, lol. I run a lot of clone only photo periods chem cuts.. And Chemdogging is up there with those! Highly recommended!

7 days later... And the first look at the weird leaf thingy that I mentioned, lol. I'll probably transplant them in a week or so. You can plant these mesh pots directly into the soil and the roots will grow through them. They're being fed pure water, and pure hip hop from the late 90's, lol. Now THAT'S organic, Hahaa..

All three are the same age, but the one with the leaf issues is behind in growth. It's working on its 3rd node, while the two normal looking plants are working on their 5th nodes. The bigger ones should be showing sex any time now, but nothing yet!

Decided to transplant the two normal ones and cull the wrinkled leaf one. I think I transplanted them just in time. They were looking hungry! I'll give them a few days to perk up. Neither has shown sex yet.

Welp.. This project ended quickly, lol. Both keeper plants were males! I don't need pollen the moment so they will both be culled. I'll be dropping some more seeds tonight to see if I can get a female! So we are on pause for now, lol.

Damn. Sorry to hear. I've grown both these and the few i let sample were pushing me to get what little i would give them. It really seemed like it would be a great pair, not just crossing 2 strains for the hell of it. I wish Mephisto were doing these as fem cause I'd snag them for sure. Good luck on the next set.

No worries! I'm right back on it, lol. I plan to make fems this summer, I'll let you know for sure if I do. I sure hope meph never releases this cross as a fem, lol. Im the only one outside of meph that I know of to have it, and I kinda like that, lol. Germed 5 more seeds last night.
