New Grower cleansing plants

hi guys im in the final stage of my first grow and was looking for some advice on cleansing my plants. i have given them there first feed of just ph water, i have read that you should cleanse for 10 days. but io was wondering if there is a minimum amount of waterings they should have

I usually try to cleanse mine for 2 weeks, which is normally 2-3 waterings.
