New Grower CO2 Complete kit - Recommendations please

I want to try CO2 in my room.
Can anyone recommend a complete kit that I can plug in and leave alone?

I know absolutely nothing about CO2, so asking here before I part with my cash.
Any help, advice, pro's, con's and all opinions welcome.

Until I get some first hand advice, Im spending nothing on CO2.
Sick of the shops filling my head full of ideas that come to nothing.. Need some proper proof/advice first.
