This is my first grow. I am at day 54. I’ve had one issue other than this that you guys helped me with. It was similar to this and turned out to be magnesium def. Like I said this is similar but the symptoms are more severe, same symptoms, but way more severe.

They have gotten the fox farm trio, started at quarter strength and slowly worked to full strength. Usually nutes with every feed every other day. They also get calmag along with this.

In a soil/coco/perlite/worm casting mix. The leaves start yellowing bad down low on older ones and work up. Some upper fan leaves showing nasty rust looking spots. The buds on the one plant that is worse are def suffering and are smaller.

Each plant under a 300w led panel in a 2x4 tent with two 6” circulating fans and a 4in exhaust fan and carbon filter pulling fresh outside summer air.

I will say it’s been HOT lately. My tent has been reaching 94f degrees. Maybe an issue? My temp usually hovers around 85.

Anything else you need please let me know, they’re getting worse by the hour.

Could be the damaged leaves that usually don't recover. I tend to cut a couple off and see if it spreads. Not scientific but works for me.

Sent from my comfy chair.

I had already cut the damaged leaves off from last time. That was a couple weeks ago now that I had that problem. Everything had been great since then.

This all did seem to start after a feeding, if that helps.

Feeding every other day is to much.Try skipping nutes for awhile and just use plain ph;d water. To many nutes will cause nutrient toxidity and plants will suffer because they can only process what they need and the rest will just cause problems.

I was afraid of skipping nutes because I feared a magnesium def. but like I said this did all seem to happen after a feeding of heavy nutes.

Can anyone more experienced than me look at my leaves and see something obvious maybe? If not obvious, do you see any clues? I fed my normal nutes this morning except I went half on the tiger bloom instead of full. I think I’m going to try plain ph water like you suggested.

Any other ideas? It just seems to be getting worse. This time it’s moving quite fast.

:toke: -- some of this lower fan leaf yellowing/tip wasting is normal at this stage,... but see possible Ca defc., maybe something else, harder to say as symptoms are mixed,... I'm with Nammy, too much feeds going in; it might be just short of outright burning, but enough to cause other uptake issues with Ca and perhaps others,... There's more than one way to cause defc. symptoms mate: simple lack-of; off pH in the pot causing lockout; toxicity lockout (too much of one thing blocking uptake of another); environmental conditions bad enough to screw with transpiration, which in turn causes the flow of water/nutes from roots to leaves,... (read up on vapor pressure deficit in the Reference section),... high T/low RH%, really high RH% are often the true culprits behind apparent deficiencies,.....

Tiger bloom is really powerful stuff. I’ve never gone full strength with it. It also lowers PH big time. Are you adjusting your PH after adding the tiger bloom to your water? Half a teaspoon into a gallon brings my PH from 7.5 to 4.5.
