Buds are quite airy. Should they get tighter during the cure in jars?

I've read more than a couple seasoned growers here mention Buds tightening up some during cure, along with other positives. I was wondering if a couple my strains would tighten a bit too. Good luck Again, nice harvest!

Smoke gets better and smoother everyday that their in jars. Just hoping the nugs were tighter.

Still does what's it's supposed too. LOL
