There are root problems going on there. The symptoms are typical of over/under watering, but root damage will give the same symptoms. Any chance you may have fungus gnats or some other insect eating your roots. Get a yellow sticky trap and see if you catch any adults. Usually you can notice the little bastards flying around while working in the tent. Also, take a slice of raw potatoe and bury it about 1/2 inch below the surface and leave for 24 hours, then dig it out and look at the down side, if you have gnat larvae, some will be on that potato. Use a magnifying glass.

given her reaction to even light feeds, the weird leaves, other mixed symptoms (clawing, color break on lower leaves), I'd lean toward this being a sickly pheno', just plain inferior... no fixing it either, though I'd look into getting a soil pH probe.. something like the Accurate 8 (Control Wizard),... in-pot pH is key! I know your nutes, organics and all that stuff, but once in the pot all bets are off,.. it's less likely to go off range, but it surely can happen,...your inputs are fine for pH, and that helps with keeping pH in range, but there are too many other influencing factors once in-pot,...
