I can't tell, quality is a bit lacking.
There has been more than one time after walking into my groom and momentarily freaking out after I thought I saw mold. Nope, it's just Mephisto's awesome work!

Concur, I just see super frosty nugs.

But as @iampepe stated the quality of the pics makes it a bit hard to tell. Hard to get a good zoomed in phone shot sometimes. We the buds freshly cut? If so that could be part of the grassy-ness. Sometimes paper bagging it does that to me. Got any more details for us? Humidity, drying method etc?
