I would have planted with the cotelydons just above the soilline if the casing came off already.Thank you both. First time I have seen that.
It is in a rapid rooter so it was easy to split it down the side to get at it. Flipped right side up and back in the rapid rooter just below the surface and a bit of peat over the hole. Hopefully she pops up in a few hours. And I'll be able to say my new germination method is 100%!
