Thank you both. First time I have seen that.
It is in a rapid rooter so it was easy to split it down the side to get at it. Flipped right side up and back in the rapid rooter just below the surface and a bit of peat over the hole. Hopefully she pops up in a few hours. And I'll be able to say my new germination method is 100%!
I would have planted with the cotelydons just above the soilline if the casing came off already.

had it happen once before to,after a stern talking to everything was tickity boo.
i didn't want to poke it too much but I'm pretty sure the casing is on. its just even with the top of the plug actually. And just a sprinkle of peat on top. I'll go look tonight and maybe open it up a bit if its not showing. Thanks for pointing that out.
