New Grower Do digital camera phones give a true picture under LED lighting?

Hi all,

Just a quick post on the realistic images modern technology can provide. I took some photo's of my current grow this afternoon and while simple editing to reduce the overall size for posting on the forum, I thought whoa! Look at all those trichs!

Trouble is, under normal daylight/photographic conditions, everything just looks green, to my eye! Therefore, do we pay attention to these (pink/purple/porn shots?)

Takeing pictures with the led lights on may be pretty but when trying to diagnose a plant problem or see trychomes or pistols ,its always better to keep lights off.:smokebuds:

You may find you will get the same results with flash :smoke:

Of course Nam, I would never ask for help/advice on that basis, what I was interested in was why some digital tech seemingly emphasizes stuff you can't see?
