I am looking at using the autopots watering system with plants in coco coir in 3 gallon fabric pots with gh main 3 liquid nutrients with cal mag and silicon on there. Would using h2o2 peroxide in the reservoir for a sterile growing environment affect the flavor and yield of the plants and in turn affect the smoke? Would it make it bland and flavorless on there?

I started using sterilizing products in my rez at the end of last year and cannot tell the difference.

H202 does a terrible job of sterilizing the rez though. If you want sterile use a product like Dutch Master Zone or UC Roots.

I'm using pool shock at 4ppm in my rez right now with great results. My plants are in veg and already have a strong smell when touching the stems, and you can smell them when you open the tent.

Pool shock is used to sterilize drinking water in some situations, and there are usually instructions for the dosage on the bags. I wouldn't go over 5ppm if you can help it but I've seen people run it much higher.

These guys have had pool shock in their feed since about day 7 and they are still stinkers...

I have also been using a Mg and Sulfur additive called Mag Pro which is supposed to aid in production of terps as well.

This is a 3 bears OG I finished using Dutch Master Zone for the entire grow, it has some of the loudest tastes and smells of anything I've grown:

I wouldn’t bother using it in autopots. I’ve grown in auto pots for years and never once used it but I do now as I’ve switched to nft.
On the other hand though it won’t cause any harm, it could also be beneficial as it’ll oxygenate your tank for a while. Just be sure not to use organic nutrients alongside it.
