You got any little hygrometers that you can put in the jar? Thats the only way to know. But once theyve dried thats it mate, its nearly impossible to rehydrate them. Some people try putting orange peelings in the jar but i dont think it does much.
But if it smokes nice and tastes good sure thats all that matters dude
