Its 26 degrees and two of my babies are ready to chop! If i leave them hanging for a couple of days and then use the brown paper method would that do? Or how much longer can i leave them.

That is how I dry my ladies. Just bagged up one of my ladies after two days on my drying rack. They will now sit in the old bag for 2-5 days before I jar them. Gives me that sweet dank smell and joint burning capability. Best method IMHO. :2cents:

So this hot weather in London at the moment is not going to dry them to quick?
cheers

Just keep an eye on them mate :)

Check them every day after 2 days, see if the stem bends, if it does it's not ready, if it has a light snap you can pop it in a jar, but pull it out and check i the next day as they may have rehydrated and need to go back in the bags for another day. (this will avoid them moulding in your jar)

I think i remember ideal humidity in the jars was around 62% .. i could be wrong there, but i just use the method above and it works out fine. I also burp every day for at least a week (more out of paranioa than necessity - i really should get a small hygrometer!)

cheers, does anybody know where i can get some big brown bags in london? i checked poundland but nothing
cheers

can you purchase lawn/leaf bags from the garden dept.....I see you tried 'poundland' did you try 1/2 lb. land, or kilo land? Hop digity

what they sell them, or the ones they put your goods in (sorry never been to primark)

Would a cardboard box do it? , i am worried about this weather this is my first dry and cure, the last thing i need is a harsh smoke. The temps are 26 and the RH is a steady 50%
cheers
