Hi all,

I have two auto plants, AK and Gorilla Glue. They are 11 weeks old--the AK is close and the Gorilla Glue is a bit behind.

Unfortunately, due to rapid snow melt, my grow room flooded! I have been able to temporarily move the plants upstairs--but I may well need to just harvest them now---

Can anyone suggest a way to dry these plants quickly? Would cardboard boxes or paper bags work?

Sorry if my question is a bit vague--I am in a bit of a panic, as I had quickly move the plants as a crew of workers came into the basement to vacuum out the water and set out fans--we are not out of the woods yet--there is more snow to melt!

Both would work. I've done brown paper bags before and was simple and quick. Cut down to individual nugs, don't overfill bags and give them a look and a shake each day. I weighed the bags pre dry to give me a rough idea when they were done-ish. When they lose 2/3 their weight you'll be nearly at jarring time

The paper bags are your best bet. Gonna smell though. Just moved my tent to the basement last month, and now I’m in the same boat as you. Flooded basement here too — first time in 10 years. Gonna be a bitch to clean out from this. :goodluck:

Yeah, we sucked out water for nearly 20 hours and were fortunate to get a crew in with their big pumps and dehumidifiers. We have never had this before--but there was a record amount of snow and heavy rain on top of that. Most of our water was pouring in from the clean out of the chimney!

Hope your clean up goes well---

Flooding....been there, done that. It is a damn noisy affair to get everything dry.

Oh man, they put 10 fans and two giant dehumidifiers down there--its roaring loud--but dry!
