seedsupreme.com is a trust worth as it gets. I have always sent them cash, 10% discount, and they have never stolen from me. They are UK based, so no problem getting through customs, and offer free shipping. You have to spend $150 to qualify. They also throw in great free seeds. It comes in a stealth package too.
I ment grow shops/hydro/supplies etc, not seeds.
