New Grower Feed Schedule Table

hello fellow growers!

so i am posting this as i thought it might be useful to some people. i cam currently growing 9 plants and i quickly figured out that there is no way i could keep track of what plant got what feed so i came up with this table.(1 table per plant) it also lets me keep a record of the amount of feed i am using as-well as if my pH starts to move i can catch is quickly. also if there are any visible problems on the plants i can write it down.

attached is a example of how i use it. and a blank if you want to use one.
there are also picture of you just want to have a look.

will appreciate any comment or suggestions on how i can make it better.

You know, I think that is a good schedule recording data sheet. This would be good for persons who, like you said, find out they cannot keep track of things as easily as they thought when they started.

I would add "Time" in their as well. Sometimes you can notice trends based on when you feed a certain Nute.
