Feedback of my grow required please

This is my first time growing and I didnt know how to do lst. So I did heavy lst where i bent them to angles of around 90degrees. My whole plant still touches the ground. Can anyone advice me on how badly did I stunt their growth and if I should undo the lst and let them rise up a bit and then redo them later in a day or two?

How long ago did you do it? If today I would probably raise it so it's bent over but not touching the ground. Im new as well though.

I'm doing LST for first time myself and this is what mine looks like. The big cola site in upper left is actually the true top of plant. I bent her 90 degrees initially and it didn't seem to really slow her down. She is at day 30 I think. All I'm doing is bending her so she isn't touching ground, and opens her up as much as possible for light to penetrate.

It's taken me 3 sessions to get her to this point because I usually do a little and wait a couple days.

so all 3 of my plants are roughly flowering atm. (i think they are flowering lol. If not they are defo preflowering) age is about 30days too. They are suuuuppppeerrrrr short and bushy

These are really fast plants @ 67 days so IMPO I don't think you need to worry about training other than staking up heavy colas. They are entering the stretch stage now and may surprise you over the next 2 weeks. If you can add some 660nm red light to the space now is the time. Dim your lights a little or move them up a bit to promote stretch. Last but not least a 720nm initiator puck, you run it for 10 to 15 minutes at lights out for 7 to 10 days.

There arnt much growers of this strain online. But one other guy told me he vegged it foe 4 weeks and then apparently she flowered for 7 more weeks. My lights give off a full spectrum upto 660nm because of the osram led that's there. Unfortunately no ir on these lights. I messed up by not choosing the ir lights option

Also i heard high ppfd promotes bigger yeilds. When am I supposed to crank up my lights when everyone is telling me to dim them

From what i have read and researched there is a direct relation between PPFD aka PAR and CO2. I look at it like an air fuel ratio. If you are going to give your plant more PPFD you need to increase CO2 levels. Check out this Pdf
