I start in a 16 oz cup, then transplant to the final container (usually 3 gallon) at about a week and a half.
I've tried both methods, it seems as long as you are very careful not to traumatize the roots, don't let them get root bound they seem to do just fine.

Where did i go wrong transplanting?

Could be a number of things... Maybe some more info on your grow? Medium, nutes, lights, age, etc... Right off the bat they look like they have a bit of nute burn and yes the transplanting probably didn't help either. Auto's are way more sensitive then photos, you have to baby them in veg or you run the risk of a stunted low producer. Looks dank though man :smokebuds: You said you grow photos so you should lick autos with some good info. :peace:

Yeah got lil ancy with nutes. But I'm happy with cheese plant it is coming along. I got her9 hours a day under 400watt mh.then when My 1000watt hps comes on I put her in tent. Growing pro mix general organic go box nutes temps never above 80. Humidity's. 35/50%.getting ready pop that auto AK. May have? 'S for u guys.
