Im new to the autoflowering scene.
I have only completed 1 grow, a bagseed, under CFL lights. Turned out awesome.
It was a real bonsai with heavy LST training. Was only 9 inches high and had 20 tops.
Im currently popping 4 autoflowers.
Candy Kush Auto(autoseeds)
Royal Bluematic (royal queen seeds)
Auto New York City (pyramid)
Speedy Gonzales auto (Kannabia)
They are germinating right now, 2 have opened still waiting on the other 2.
I have heard they should not be transplanted.
I will be starting and finishing them in 5 gallon Cloth shopping bags (they work great as cheap SmartPots)
Going to use ProMix(peat, compost vermiculite, perlite)40%, Worm casting Compost @ 20%, Land and Sea Compost with micronutes and limestone (shellfish, seabird, sheep/cow compost)@ 20% and Perlite 20%.
IS THIS A GOOD MIX? Should i do it differently.
Should I place the germinated seeds directly into the 5 gal bag, or in a cup with the bottom cut out to start, pplaced on top of the dirt in the bag. That way when the roots grow to the bottom of the cup they can keep goin, uninterrupted, into the big pot.
I was going to do a 20/4 light schedule, although I WANT to do 24 hour on schedule, just because thats how i do my non-autos. Are the autos OK on a 24 hour light?
I will not Nute for 2-3 weeks. After that i will be using General Organics grow and bloom, as well as Molasses.
Any other advice yous can give will be great.
Anyone tried any of those seeds im germinating, fell free to let me know how they were.
