Lighting First grow. Northern lights Auto - HPS / MH

What would be the best lighning for this girls ?

They are seedling now and i am using CFL "Daylight". Should i use Soft White instead ?

After that, i have MH and HPS 600W. What would you recommend as lighning cycle / pattern ?

Thanks. I read about all i could found on feminized but got Autos finally and i'm not sure if i can treat them as photo / feminized ones...

Not sure about the CFLs.. But daylight sounds good? Unless someone else can chime in. I use a 20/4 cycle for my Autos always. If you run them like photoperiod plants your yield will prob be a bit lower. I know some folks run their autos 24 hours straight thru the entire grow.
