Grow Mediums First grow, using coco. Can I use seedling plugs and any recommendations on this nute schedule?

Evening all.

Getting my first grow under way soon. Going to be planting my seeds into their final pots as my strain is only 45 days to harvest.
Can i use any sort of seedling plug to help them in the early stages? would soil plugs be OK if no coco alternative?

In regards to nute schedule, I thought i would follow the canna "personalised" schedule (http://growguide.info/) for my first grow, as a base. I can then alter as i learn.
I've heard mix reviews on following brand's nute guides but canna is fairly accurate?

Peat or soil plugs will be fine,just keep them moist and warm until they pop and give them a couple days and put them in there final pots.Good luck to ya.

Hi Learner, The Canna guide is based on Photo period plant's not Auto's. Auto's need less nutes so maybe start at half what the guide says and up it if they need it.
Read through the journals on here, these guys know what they are doing and most take it easy on the nute's. Good luck
