Recently harvested a SOG of WW and Great White Shark photos and decided to try the Quick Wash method.
I won't go in to detail about Qwiso cause I'm sure there's a how to out there already.
Being impatient and not wanting to wait 3/4/5 days for the hash to dry, I decided to try to speed the process up. Some have warned against it but the way I did it completely worked and made strong hash.
I took my gal's hair dryer and on the lowest setting, began evaporating the alcohol, slowly moving the dryer around and from a distance of maybe 6 inches. I stopped drying once the liquid was gone.
On my first run I decided to try immediately scraping the hash up with a blade. Bad idea. No liquid but the hash was like glue.
On the second run I decided to still let it dry for about 1 1/2 to 2 days.
Even though it was the second run I got a pretty nice golden hash...
Although when it's pressed it takes on a much darker appearance. Also this is the second run so I shook longer as well, knowing the product wouldn't be as good and light colored as the first run.
Still some quality hash that gets the job done. Here's half the plate scraped...
