First-time Bitcoin user.. don't know timer process. Help?

The pic below shows where I am stuck. I'm trying to buy some seeds. If anyone can explain to me in detail what to do next, it will be much appreciated.

i am assuming you already own some bitcoin? if so......

You need to transfer the amount of bitcoin shown to the address listed before the timer expires (20 minutes).

They suggest not using an exchange as sometimes there is a delay that can be longer than the 20 minutes.

I used an exchange and it went through in a few minutes.

I have BTC, yes, and you can see the pic, right? then that is where I am at in the process of purchasing the seeds. My point is IDK what to do next. So, pertaining to the pic do I copy something and go to coinbase? Give me some info. like that, if you can. I asked seedsman, but they just point to their online info. which doesn't help. I guess I'm an idiot.. help.

at the bottom of your screen is an amount and bitcoin address. go to your bitcoin wallet and enter these details to send a transaction. how did you get btc in the first place if this step confuses you??

are you bitcoin on an exchange or in your personal wallet? if yes, which wallet do you use?

I've never done this before.. Idk lol. So, copy the address and go the wallet. I did go to coinbase with that address already copied before and I just saw a "trade" button. Am I looking for that or something else?

never used coinbase. ok, so u have bitcoin on coinbase. first i recommend you follow these steps:

1) download and install Electrum wallet (https://electrum.org/#home)

2) setup a bitcoin wallet in Electrum (search google for instructions)

3) WITHDRAW ALL your BTC from exchange to electrum wallet (see on payment page it says DO NOT send bitcoin from an exchange) (YOU CAN FIND YOU PERSONAL BTC AADDRESS INSIDE ELECTRUM BY CLICK "RECEIVE" TAB.

4) BTC arrive in Electrum wallet. Then click on send, enter amount and BTC address shown on payment page (DO NOT EXCEED COUNTDOWN LIMIT ON PAYM,ENT PAGE!)

5) take your time. dont rush this. one wrong mistake and your money is gone...
