sounds like your plants are pretty much done, man!! the amber trich's mean it will give you a heavier high...like couchlock (if I understand it right)...lol. the leaves dying and falling off is probably just the plants using the last of the nutrients remaining in the leaves and getting ready to die and drop seeds for next spring. seems like it was a success! CONGRATS!!
I have been using colloidal silver on a GHS northern lights auto...i'm hoping to get at least 12 seeds from the one. I only sprayed the bottom half of the plant so i could still get some nice smoke of the top colas. I'm growing it in my windowsill that gets maybe 1-1.5 hours of direct light a day (the rest of the light it gets is in-direct sun and maybe lights from the living room) and its growing in an empty peanut container..lol. this friday will be week 8 and its about a foot tall and the main cola i have would maybe be a gram dry...but its full of crystals and smells awesome. post some pics of the harvest...before and after type deal...those give me a hard on!!
