Indoor First time indoor: Pineapple express

Hello every one,
I wold like to show my "Home made agrowbox".
I never did this before!
It's made by:
-foil
-2x CFL 50w (warm white) thats she gets 18h.
-computer vet for changing the air.
Now I need to get a vent for the plant!
The plant has a mix of sterile soil and perlite and every 20 days a liquid fertilizer nitrogen-based for the vege!
I never did indoor, last summer outdoor with a decent harvest.
Please let me know, what you think and how can i improve it!!

Welcome Reptile nice little set up you have going here bud, just some advise if i may, but alot of the guys on here will tell you to keep away from foil, it causes hot spots that can reflect on your girl and burn her, also how far are your lights from the plant? they look some distance i too am using CLF lighting, i have a 130w 65k about 20cm (4inch) above my girl, so maybe move your lights down a little? she'll soak up a bit more of them lumens, wishing you luck brother i am currently germing a pineapple express, interested in how yours is gonna go, ill be sticking around :Sharing One:

I keep a journal for me, if there something on the group that wold be nice!!
I got 30cm plant to lamp, how much I should put? 5cm distance?
If foil isn't good for the plant what cold i use?
But honestly...what do you think of the plant, dose she look healfy??

If your going for budget you can use those car window sun reflectors, there like $4 for your local store or even a dollar or two on ebay 2-3 of those should do you nicely. i myself have painted my walls white, white is a great reflector, or mayla unsure on the pricing but id imagine it wouldnt to costly.

Your plant looks great man nice and healthy, how old is it?

Well under the foil is all white, so you racomand me to buy the riflectors or simply take off the foil??
She a moth old now��
But for the distance between the lamp and the plant??
50w+50w white worm is anoth??
Or she needs more?

if its white it wil work my wallas are white and its doing fine yeah ive been told a few times to stay away from the foil for the hot spot reason, i dont think its that big a deal just dont use foil anything else would work fine you want your CFL's as close to your plant as possible so try having them 2-3 inchs about your plant, a good way to tell is you place your hand at the top of the plant and get a feel for how hot it is if its to hot then move them up a little if there no heat you can go a little closer, mine is at 20cm above the plant, i dont know much about the small CFL's but maybe you wanna look at maybe another light or two? at least get another light when its time to flower you really want her to pack on the buds matey :Sharing One:

Well i can get them know, I won't only the best for here (not those 100$ lamps) if she needs like 100w+100w or more I can get them
If not CFLs, what wold you racomand me?
However the lamps don't make that much heat, do you think is to close?
Because I can touch the lamps and after a little bit it starts to burn!!
Because if you put yours hands under the lamp you won't feel anything!!
PS I can only move the plant because i can't move the lamps

Ok, to day I bought the vent now the only thing missing is the right tipe of lamps
