Fish Hydrolysate , can I use Eels ?

Anyone out there experienced in making their own fish hydrolysate ? Would love to hear your experiences and methods.

What I do want to know is if I may use eels instead of fish ?, theres a few in my local creek I can easily catch.

also something to consider that eel blood is toxic to humans too.just as an fyi..i think i got the right links from Skates and brackish and fresh water eels in denatrurned protiens and so on..enjoy lol
