New Grower Florakleen and root stimulator SOIL

Hey,
I am growing autos in soil and i have some questions:
1. The root stimulator I use in every watering or 1 watering yes 1 no untill week 2 of flower ??
2. I use 10L pot. At the final flush how much water + Florakeen (from General Hydroponics) i use??

Root stim can be used until flowering.Follow the directions for the florakleen and flush with three times your pot size of flush solution.
