Looking good after the first week of 12/12 think I'm going a bit light on the feed il bump them up to 1.4/1.5ec tomorrow small bit of humidity damage hitting the high 90s lights off so I put the fan on 24/7 that should sort it if it's still high il add the de humidifier they getting some heavy leaf tucking the gelato are really liking it The secondarys are as tall as the top

The gelato below is a very vigorous pheno the side branching is just below the main top

Below is a pic of some double serrated leaf edges back when I grew alot of cheese people always said looks for the ones with this trait having seen it in quite awhile most of the 6 pineapple have it

coming to the end of week 4 and looking good the stretch is over and the plants have started to put there energy into bud making humidity is at a very nice 50-60% i was having some yellowing on the bigger fans which i put down to me under feeding the plants but as i increased the e.c i noticed a bit of tip burn so i backed of the nutes and thought maybe it was a magnesium def so i hit them with a low e.c feed but with alot of calmag 2ml/L its seems to have helped plants look greener so i hope its fixed or helped the issue on the upside i can say the pineapple is already living up to her name very sweet and fruity so far

smallest pineapple seems to be a mix between the fat pheno and tall skinny pheno

front left sativa pineapple looks like a good 10 week pheno she will only get 9 and a half

middle left sativa pineapple looks to be exact same as first sativa pineapple but with a week shorter flowering time buds look more ripe

back left pinneapple this was a light feeder very dark green compared to the rest but she had to suffer for the good of the group
i think she would have got bigger with the right feeding

here we have the middle center pineapple which is fading purple now quite lovely only one to do it so far

to sum up the pineapple i would say you get a near 50/50 pheno variance between tall sativa looking plants and short thick bushy ones the name is very appropriate for this strain its a mix of candy pineapple and mango tropical juice absolutely delicious i pray they taste how they smell all phenos are quite similar in smell at this point

and then we have whats possibly my fav plant in the garden just for her looks it ticks all the boxs all the gelato have a warm gassy creamy smell thats the only way i can describe it but pretty over shadowed by the pineapple

long night cutting down last night very happy with the results and the smells are off the charts delicious
pics got uploaded in the wrong order not sure why they just decide where to put them selves also some are a bit over exposed il work on that in future each top i reckon will be a oz of dried bud just on there own

pineapple & gelato41 final thoughts
pineapple:
i enjoyed growing the 6 pineapple from seedstockers i got three sativa leaning phenos taller more stretched out plant structure and three indica leaning phenos 4 out 6 showed medium to strong colors either in flower or in the flush stage only one pheno left any color in the buds which was the light feeding very sativa pheno on the back left it showed no color until the flush it was also the best tasting pheno had a berry hint to it along with the fresh pineapple smell and taste that all phenos gave so it gets full marks for smell and taste in my books pretty easy to grow some of the sativa phenos are light feeders for the firsts few weeks of flower i didnt have bad humidity issues maybe topping 70% on a bad day so i would say its got a good mold resistance its a daytime smoke for sure not too strong to make you not want to do anything and no anxiety i would normally associate with sativas so overall i recommenced any of you to try it if you get a chance

gelato 41:
i only grew three gelato kinda wish i had grew 6 of them now theres no no point pretending the gelato is my favorite of the two from the three i popped i got three separate phenos one tall stretchy one with swollen caylaxs and golf ball buds this is the prized pheno from the grow it has a floral gassy taste and smell super loud smelling when burnt lingers for hours the only down side to this pheno was it threw two male flowers and so far i found one seed no a issue in my eyes and if i would have been prepared i would have kept this pheno as a future cut but hindsight is always 20/20 the other two phenos were very different one almost 100% indica looking the other more like the prized pheno but much smaller and no real smell but a generic weed one all plants were easy to grow zero real issues as mentioned humidity wasnt bad so plants were all fine mold wise the gelato definitely packs a punch i tend to smoke it after 6-7 in the day not recommended for a wake and bake unless you wanna go back to sleep till the afternoon haha ask me how i know i will certainly try it again i still have some seeds left id like to see the special pheno again
