1)-What i need is a little back ground? what medium, ph, temps...Looks decent oh how old?
2)-The other thing I stead of starting a new thread for every question maybe we could make this your home thread? what beans are these again? we can come up with some snappy, whitey name for it.... And I'll edit it for you....

Hey auto that's a great suggestion I'll post my updates here from now on! 
The strain I'm growing is Blue Diesel auto and it's in john innes no.2 compost with 20% perlite and a bit of bonemeal- I plan on getting some biobizz nutes and some molasses in a week or two. As for lights, I have 2x 35w cfl (2700k) and 2 x 35w cfl (6500k) I'm currently looking into adding some UFO LEDs as she gets bigger!
Temperatures are staying fairly constant between 80-85F and air circulation is looking good! As far as PH is concerned I am not sure but I am watering with ph neutral water so I'm assuming it's all good?
She's currently on day 3 on an 18/6 cycle but her first two true leaves seem to be growing fairly slow compared to other grows I have seen on here. I am a complete newb so I'm probably being impatient but hopefully all is well!

For three days old? you are doing just fine, whats going on rite now is it's building a root system, so wont' see much veg action for a bit...Any way..... short story long, your lookin good.

Thanks man that's reassuring! I'm off to the dam for the week so my flatmate is in charge as of tomorrow so ill post some updates as and when I get them!

Its been a while, turns out my flatmate has been taking good care of my girl! 
here are a few photo updates- she seems to be doing well and on her 3rd set of true leaves! im thinking of raising the lights so I can get a bit of spacing between them! Hopefully you all think my grow is going okay- let me know if you have any pointers or anything!
