New Grower Germination not working

I am doing the paper towel method, to get my seed to pop, and she has not done shit. I have germinated seeds before with this same method, and never had any problems. It has been 48 hrs, and she hasn't popped. Anybody have any ideas why she might not be popping, or is there a different approach I can use, other than the let the seed sink in a glass of water bs? I only had to wait 48 hrs last time I did this. The seeds are only two months old, and have been sitting in a dark room in an airtight container that they came in when I got them originally. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!! Thanks!!!

some crack them with their fingers but the patience method is always first rate. Give her some time

Hey dude. How are you doing it exactly? And yes, it takes longer than 48 sometimes. I just soak mine for 24 hours and plant. Make sure they stay damp and not soaked and stay warm and have some air too. If they're good beans, they'll germ.

I have one seed inside a folded damp paper towel, inside a small zipped up sand which baggie. Sitting on a small plate, with a black plastic 3 gallon pot over top all of it. It is in a dark room with no light, and the temp is between 77F and 78F. I did the same exact thing with my past seeds before with 100 % germ rate, and they each popped after 24 hrs. They are the PKA seeds, from Buddha seed bank. I will see what happens tomorrow, but maybe like happ, and G&R said, I need "just a lil Patience" Thanks Guys for your input!

Man I've had some take 6-7 days. Be patient it's gonna take another 3 months anyways.

Just don't put so much water on the paper that the seed might asphyxiate.

They don't germ on any time schedule but their own! Give them a few more days checking once a day.

Put them in a cup with distilled water and a little superthrive ! Let sit in water for 24 hr you can also poke them in the cup to sink. If they do not sink in my exp they are bunk seeds... Or take a piece of snd paper and sand the shell of the seed a little to help absorb water.. If you touch them with your hands you leave oil on the shell of the seed and that will repell water and might take alot longer yhan it would!

patience my friend mine took almost a week, keep em moist an dont let them dry out and all shall be well
