Great advice form everyone.
My method is a bit odd, but I hate sponges and rock wool. This said, cut a root riot to make a slot to place seed , soak it in hormex mixed real light. Place seed in slot, and in a place humidity can take over helping the little seed become a seedling.
I remove seedling later and place in soil.
If a seed refuses to germ, can try sandpaper or placing between teeth bite down. Don't bite any harder then to feel a pop. Place in germing technique.
Germing only requires moisture, heat, and sometimes humidity. So don't let medium dry you try to germ in, but don't make a swamp either.
