I’m using distilled water and adding the lowest dosage on the recommended instruction at 1tsp per gallon and my ppm are 300, is that to much cal mag?

It depends, for what application and grow method? As a regular supplement, generally too high, take it down to 150ppm... remember your other nutes have Ca-mg in them as well
