Good Critter?

- Various strains, via MCT oil tincture, gummies, dry flower vaping.
Haven't a clue, but it is an interesting insect. I suspect it is more a predator than plant eater, so likely ok. Others here may know more. 
What part of what country are you in? I’ve never seen anything like that in my neck of the woods.

Not sure, but it looks like an Assassin Bug.

I second this, but could be a katydid too. Hard to tell but I’m leaning assassin bug cuz it’s cool to say.

When I lived in Phoenix, my yard was full of them. I don’t remember seeing one with that coloring, but it has the stripes.
Not a katydid or a praying mantis for sure. My vote is for an assassin bug as well.
I also initially though assassin bug AKA wheel bug. I'm not familiar with the look of juveniles which I think this is.
Wheel bug nymphs look incredibly different from full on adults. Mean buggers though either way.
