If the shed is water tight it should be fine ...

The short answer is yes, you can! You would want to identify a few issues with it though; like pop stated, do you have power in the shed?

When looking for leaks in your roof, it's best to recreate conditions that will help show where the leaks are. If you can, take a garden hose and shower the heck out of your shed roof and see how watertight it is. If the roof has flashing, check to make the caulking around the edges isn't cracked or busted. If it's tin, you can remove pieces of it and slather down some roofing tar and place the tin back down (fixed many 30+ year old leaking shacks doing this.)

You'll also want to make sure you have adequate ventilation into the grow tent and adequate exhaust. If the grow extends into winter months; you'd want to address insulation and heating.

Hope that helps out bro!

What about power? Ventilation?

Power isn't a problem but I dunno about ventilation as the doors will have to be closed :/

Well it's a little damp in there atm becuase there isn't any felt on the roof yet! power isn't a problem but I dunno about ventilation as the doors will be closed most of the time...

right are you in a legal country if not insulation is key, you'll be light strait up to flyovers otherwise. your going to want to make a passive intake for your shed to keep the room cool. your main goal is going to be keeping the shed at a different temp to your tent. dependent upon what kind of climate you have you may struggle all of this information has to be taken into account when you make your set up. lighting is the key pat anything over a 250w hps will be putting out to much heat in a shed. led is a good option if you need a more powerful setup than 250w :Sharing One:

You will need to ventialte the shed somehow also, you need to keep a constant supply of fresh air. a fan mounted in the wall and an intake opening with some window screen over it to keep bugs out would be best.

Yeah I have a 400w hps but have bought a 400w LED but it hasn't been dispatched yet I'm getting worried that it's a scam:/
