Okay so I Started out growing 4 x 4 plants under a 600 Watt light and would often get about 20 ounces or 560 grams.
I was told by someone that for 'our plants' that was too many, so I switched to about 3-4 plants per 600 Watt light.
Now the interesting part. I was talking to a Royal Queen Seeds guy and he said anything less than 9 plants per 600 Watt light is a waste of watts.
Also he said grow them small and grow them fast. He said 3-4 weeks veg from spouting as seed then flip to 12/12 maximum and they'll be ready for harvest 8 weeks after that give or take.
I'm thinking now should I be upping my plants from 24 plants total to 48 or more. Maybe grow them shorter and faster, for more turnover.
Edit (I'm talking about growing photoperiod plants in a 3.6 x 2.4 metre space)
