Yeah at the base of each stem where it meets the main stalk, is usually one really big fat swollen calyx on each side. A couple of mine got so puffed up that I thought there must be pollen or something in there, but nope. Maybe that's what you're seeing? I've got massive heat problems too, but hasn't made any hermies yet thank God lol. Just stunted ass plants lol.
