Indoor Heat Stress?

My heat-stressed plant hasn't died and this week it produced two new leaves but the plant is incredibly tiny. The other bean is thriving and is already larger than the first and it's only 10 days old. Should I just tank the heat-stressed one? It looks like a lost cause.

The seedling got its first nute feeding last night. It was a combo 1/4 of a teaspoon of Dyna Bloom and 1/2 teaspoon of Dyna Grow.

Toss it.

Seedlings do not get nutrients. There is plenty of Mother Nature stored in the seedling to get them started w/o any help from us. When the true ganja leaves take hold is when the thought of giving some help. Also humidity domes are only good when the seedlings haven't popped. The dome keeps the area warm and moist. Once the seedling pops take off the dome as soon as possible. The seedling is needing air above the soil and searching for water below. Need to be gentle with seedlings and don't fuss with them. Keep the soil moist to dry and let them be.
