Heavy handed LST

So I've just gone into check on my plant and found her like this, I did a bit LST yesterday but she was fine. I'm in about week 3. Will it recover or am I better off starting again?

Nothing you can do now. She will not recover FULLY but will recover and bud. I have broken plants as well the same way. You just pinned too much down at too high of a point and it snapped while you were away. The key to let is SLOW AND SYEADY. No need to go in hard if you start young.
