I’m in Alberta so probably close to where you are.
I read the other thread and you got lots of great advice already, I can’t add much to it.
I second going with a forgiving media, not coco the first time. And start with something simple for nutrients if you like, people have had good luck with Megacrop here but it’s up to you what you want to go with. Start mixing the basics and go from there as you get comfortable.

If issues pop up feel free to post in the infirmary. Start a journal and tag people in for advice and encouragement.
And don’t forget the import stuff like... Have fun!!
