Our Colorado constitutional Amendment 64 is an extraordinary, joyous development.
We all voted for it of course, but no one believed it would pass.
MJ tourism in Colorado will be a reality, the law allows for legal growing of six plants, and potency and labeling recommendations for our state's 200 million dollar per year commercial pot industry are due February 28th from the governor's Task Force,
with ultimate regulations due from our state legislature July first. I got tired of the paranoia a quarter century ago and stopped smoking weed. Too many close calls.
It's mind boggling to think of fellow mates in federal prison for decades-long mandatory sentences, (first time possession offenses), and suddenly we're able to grow our own and keep what we grow, legally.
