Why does my plant look like this ? It’s an auto purp

is that a leaf growing out instead of the main stem?
If so, you can cut it off BUT NOT YET - leave it for a week or so until the plant matures a bit or you run the risk of stunting it due to heavy damage at an early stage. You could do some 'LST' on the leaf to move it out of the way of the new growth while waiting for the plant to mature.
The plant has basically topped itself - you will end up with 2 main stems/colas instead on one

If I’m not mistaken it’s growing out of the main stem I can check when I get home but if it topped itself that’s good for me lol
