Thanks guys well I let all the pots thoroughly dry out and then gave them all a good watering yesterday but not too much this time 
and they do seem to have livened up a bit but I'm still seeing the claw on some of my leaves, including the new growth, I'm not sure if this is normal? is this irreversible or will the leaves return to normal over time?
They are now 32 days from seed
