Your plant is just now going to start stretching really fast. How big of pot is your plant in? I don't know how you figured you were in day 7 of flower, but that girl is just showing preflowers. There is no switching lights to induce flowering, it happens as it is genetic programmed to do. What strain is your autoflower. and what is the breeder listed time. Generally you can expect at least 2 weeks or more longer than what the breeder lists. Get that LED up to 30 inches away from the plant. Stay away from the flower nutes until she stops stretching. When she is stretchig, you can record the daily growth and when it slows down or stops the amount of daily stretch, start on the flower nutes. Soil pH should be lower, more in the 6.4 area. Also, with RO water and LED, you will definately need to add extra CaMg along the way. Adjust the pH of all your feeds/water down to that 6.4 area every time.
