Help with deficiencies

Hi guys, new here been lurking for a couple years though haha. Good to finally be a member. Anyway long story short these plants not had a good life they've spend most their life in cold climate in garage and been slighty neglected out there for reasons out of my control. But now I am back inside unfortunately I'm left with plants with deficiencies that are threatening my whole run mid way through flower, I'm gutted. got 4 plants like this but this is worst one. Please help.

I see razor cupped leaves also... How close and what lights?

Hi thanks for offering advice guys, waira OK I will go carefully with cal mag and i have pk 5/8 from biotabs on the way so il was thinking use that on them asap to try fix p deficiency, but your suggesting chemical pk so that would not effect the micro herd? I'm guessing yes maybe from cold because the root temps hasn't been above 12-15° degrees their whole life but they didn't look so bad the day they come inside, then a day or two of bein at steady 26° and they were all looking terrible. The soil been takin 5 days to dry outside but its drying in 2 days now, to be honest iv not checked soil ph only ever check solution I'm putting in and also check the the run off sometimes but not religiously I tend to only water so that I see little dribble comes out the bottom. My tap water ph 7.6 I add nutes gos down to 6.7. They are strawberry nuggets from mephisto and on day 58 today should only have a week or two left but they no where near ready so underdeveloped. I mean they looked like day 12 when they were a month old and all because of the cold..my fourth grow and worst one yet still smokin I'm using using 600 hps and it is about 24 inch from top of them so I thought quite high? 25 ambient temp under plant etc but directly under light at canopy its 29, rh is 30%

You want your temps around 75 for good growth .also as you fix problem the color may not come back. may look ugly but should still produce if you fix it.
