Hello, I am currently growing two diesel ryder autos fem (joint doctor)
and I would appreciate any opinions regarding their condition.

First of all I am growing in soil, I used guanacalong soil, and they are
under an hps 250 watt full spectrum with cool tube and the light cycle
is 19/5.
The dimensions of the grow room are : 1m height, 43 cm width and 76 cm
length. The temps are usually around 27-30 C. I feed them with Advanced
nutrients according to their schedule. They are 45 days old and into
flowering since the 1st of April. Now is use the sensi bloom + b52 + big
bud + atami bloombastic. I water
them about every two days with around 250 ml of water each. The water is
R.O. with nutes inside. The PH of the water is 6,4 and the run off
water
ranges from about the same. As you will see the leaves are loosing
their colour. I had a couple weeks ago a mild nute burn which i think
ise alright now cause i watered for one week with R.O. water and nothing
else. I started the feeding program with half strength and increased it
gradually, but the yellowing insisted. The buds seem to grow well and smell great IMG_0237[1].jpgIMG_0238[1].jpgIMG_0239[1].jpg.

could be an N deficiency ... those blooming nutes are lower on nitrogen generally. Your water schedule might be a little too much as well, could be complicating things by overfeeding. The other thing to consider is that these girls might be maturing a bit faster than usual, in which case, you will see some of that older growth die off.

It's most likely a magnesium deficiency. Got to the supermarket or drug store and get some epsom salts. Add it to your feeds at the rate of 1 tablespoon per gallon. That will provide a quick fix. Many auto plants will show calcium and/or magnesium deficiencies around week 5-6, which is about where you are. This is very common, especially when using RO water. I would suggest purchasing a cal/mag supplement and add enough to bring the base pH of your water to a 100 - 125 ppm range. Then add your nutrients and pH accordingly. Once you have the cal/mag, discontinue the use of the epsom salts.

Watering should only be done when the pots are almost completely dry. When you do water/feed, give enough so that about 10% runs out the bottom of the pot. That will help to flush out any salt buildup that occurs as a bi product of fertilizer utilization. When plants are young you may only be watering every week to 10 days. Given the size of your pots and plants, I would expect you should be watering about every 4-5 days.
