What about watering time? Should it be the same every time? i.e at 8am or does water time effect other stuff? i.e. I think I read if you need to higher humidity, you can water right after the lights turn on in the morning.

You do not want set watering times just water when the pots are dry. The time of day has been pretty irrelevant to me personally. Sometimes my plants just won’t be quiet thirsty enough at lights on so I’ll water right before the lights cut off. I’ve had no issues either way personally.
