i have had 4 x star ryder seeds from herbies and none have them have germinated... i have tried 2 seeds with the paper towel method and 2 seeds with the direct to soil method and neither worked afetr more than a week. When i ordered i got a free feminised northern lights blue seed but i only wanted to grow autos so it was not needed by me but because all my star ryders failed to germ i thought id try to germinate it to see what happened and it has popped its root in the paper towel within 24 hours and is now in a small pot of soil and starting to peep through!!! sods law

So basically im a first time grower and have done ALL of my research. learning and setup based on growing autos and now have a photo on my hands and have no idea what to do with it...

Shall i carry on with it and if so what do i need to do different!!

If you have no time restrictions, the main reason I chose auto, then go with it. Keep it under lights 24h until desired size (I'm not sure about strain's stretch in flower) and hit 12/12. Feed the nutes accordingly. That's it, I guess.

Thanks for the reply. Yeah im thinking i will go with it to be honest. how much longer do photos take on average? How long to veg and how long to flower?

Yea photos are almost the same as auto's. except the fact that you have to switch the lights when you feel the time is right, which will be a 12/12 cycle. Just remember that when you start the flower cycle that your plant cant double or triple in size depending on the breed. So make sure that air space wont be an issue. Good luck :P
