New Grower hi everyone plant burn question

hi everyone
quick question my tutankhaman has grown too tall touched light and burnt i have no room to move my light higher and no room for low stress training lol such a shame when yr girls get too big for yr space lmao now i know is no good for autos to take things off lollipop or anything like that so any ideas as can i super crop? or anything would be really helpful
