So what is the deal with this light? Is it the "replacement" for the HLG 200? Tell us why it has both blue and red diodes on a single board.

scored one for $143 on 420. Bad nes is that it does not have a dimmer like i thought it did. Good news is that it was $143!!! 
Going to set it up in my brqnd new Gorilla OG 2 x 2.5 with the full boat AC Infinity T4 setup with model 69 Pro controller.
